How to apply to UITM

Step 1.

Select a study programme

Choose one of our programmes that best matches your study plan and career goals in the Academic Programmes tab (undergraduate or postgraduate).

Step 2.

Check requirements for the selected Bachelor or Master’s degree programme

Make sure you meet our requirements to apply for an undergraduate or postgraduate study programme at: 


Step 3.

Fill in the Application form on-line


The admission form is available on-line: Sign up and make an account for yourself. Prepare the required admission documents. Once you have completed filling in the application and uploaded all the necessary documents, click on "Submit application".

Step 4.

Wait to receive an Offer Letter

If your application is up to our requirements, you will find on your account a copy of an Offer Letter


Step 5.

Make payments 


Upon receiving the Offer Letter you are obliged to make payments in one instalment. The UITM bank account number shall be indicated in the Offer Letter.

Step 6.

Wait to receive an Acceptance Letter 


After receiving Offer  Letter and the confirmation of tuition fee payment you will find on your account the Final Acceptance Letter and support letter to the Polish Embassy. Additionally, the original Acceptance Letter will be sent by courier at the address provided in the Application Form. With these documents you can apply for the visa and finalize some other formalities before your arrival to Poland.


Step 7.

Arrival to UITM


You are advised  to arrive to Poland and to UITM  one week  prior to the commencement of classes.
Before arrival you should inform the International Office about arrival date, time and place. Upon your arrival you should present yourself at the International Office, Room No. 50, Sucharskiego 2 Street, Rzeszow and submit all original documents listed for undergraduate and postgraduate programme. Only after the admission formalities are completed you will be enrolled as UITM student by President's Decision.
